I'm really excited to be showing my work for the first time in the USA - At this autumns Affordable Art Fair New York! My work is being shown by the lovely Robin and Kirsty from Cameron Contemporary Art. Who will be exibiting a selection of artist from this side of the pond 🙂
Its very warm in my workshop at the moment! I've been starting early to make the most of the cooler mornings. Despite the heat and the distractions of my garden when the weather has been so beautiful🌞🌞 I've managed to work on a few pieces this week, here is a little anteater I finished yesterday.
I couldn't let national insect week pass without posting some creepy crawlies. So heres a Noctuoidea moth I've just finished.

Spent a few days in Wales over the half term and called into this boot fair in Abergavenny. I didn’t find much but the setting was beautiful!
The Mayflies are out in large numbers on my local stretch of the river Frome. So I thought I would share this timely piece. Its always lovely to see these insects take to the air on mass and to watch all the other creatures that rely on them.
New piece Ive recently finished, I'm really pleased with how this this fella turned out.
I'm getting work ready for Fresh: contemporary art fair. This will be my first time at Fresh and I'm looking forward to showing my work in the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham. The fair runs 27-29 April if your in the area pop in and have a look.
Thought I'd share some images of a commission I have just finished. Really pleased with how this little chap has turned out. I often see these little birds whilst walking the dog and they always make you smile.
Its been a while since my last post....thought I'd share this Cormorant. I have been working on sculptures connected with the sea for a show later this year... more strange beasties to follow..
Happy new year to everyone - I've been having a proper clean and sort out in my workshop this week - I've found lots of bits and pieces I'd forgotten I have.
My dog Maisie waits patiently.....I have a small studio set-up in my loft and she sits at the foot of the ladder while I photograph my work.
Catching up with office stuff today....so thought I’d share a picture of this little chap sat next to me on my desk.
Seeing as the nights are drawing in and Halloween will soon be upon us... I thought I'd share something suitably creepy!!
Time for another guess the creature post. This was a recent commission for a birthday gift and the recipient was stumped! So lets see if anyone can guess what these bits and pieces became? Answer on my facebook and instagrm page on Friday.
